Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Max Data Solution. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Shipping Methods
- We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options.
- Available shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to addresses within Sri Lanka. We do not ship to international destinations.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.
6. Shipping Delays
- Max Data Solution is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
- In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Max Data Solution is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
