1. Refund Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as final sale.

2. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

3. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing your refund or replacement.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us for further assistance.
